BEN OOSTERVELD
Founder & Head Coach
Ben didn’t have an easy start. From being living on the streets as a teenager to spending a year in rehab, he's been through it all. Through a focus on his inner game he turned his life around.
He built a real estate investment company that held 61 properties in 4 different cities. Within 2 years of getting his license as an agent, Ben became rookie of the year, built a top-performing team and made over a million dollars in paid-out commissions all while running a national coaching business and raising 5 kids with his wife.
Today he focuses on helping real estate agents who are lost in the grind of real estate who need systems, who need to go from a salesperson mindset to business owner mindset adding freedom and meaning to their business plan.
ELAINE ALEXANDER
Momentum Coach
Elaine is taking her Masters in Psychology and the Neuroscience of Mental Health at King's College, London UK.
Since 2016, she's been a mindset & sales coach, helping people deal with the mental stuff that keeps them stuck spinning their wheels and hitting a glass ceilings.
In her former business, she worked for 15 years in the yearbook printing & publishing industry. Shy and introverted, she was not a natural born business or sales person. She was determined to overcome her internal limitations and in 9 years, she grew her business from $650k to $1.4m in annual sales.
KIM SCHENK
Project Manager
As the project manager, Kim is usually busy making phone calls, sending emails, and managing Ben and his team's calendar. Kim manages projects within the company including planning retreats, speaking engagements, and ensuring our online programs run smoothly.
When she's not busy at work, Kim can be found hanging out with her toddler, adventuring around Edmonton, or with her nose in a good book.
